Block N7 is a transformative mixed-use development in Pearl Square that will bring urban living and everyday services to Downtown’s NorthCore. The project will replace the former First Baptist Church main auditorium (formerly the NoCo Center) with a 14–15 story residential tower featuring approximately 250 new homes above structured parking and retail space. Site plans include a full-service grocery store anchored by Publix Super Markets — the first grocer of its kind in the downtown core in decades — along with additional ground-floor shops and services.
Block N7 will activate the streetscape along Beaver, Hogan, Union, and Laura Streets, enhancing walkability and daily convenience for residents and visitors alike while anchoring the eastern edge of the Pearl Square neighborhood with a key urban amenity.
