Northbank Floating Dock

This project includes a new floating dock at Riverfront Plaza (FKA The Landing) completed in 2021 as well as a new floating dock at the Jacksonville Performing Arts Center, which will be installed following completion of the Performing Arts Center bulkhead project.

Miller Electric Center

The Jacksonville Jaguars in partnership with the City, constructed a 125,000 SF center to house the Jacksonville Jaguars’ football operations and training facility with indoor practice field and outdoor grass fields with bleacher seating for 2,090 fans, and amenity area with concessions, public art and a pro shop.

Lofts at Cathedral

Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing Park

Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing Park is a City of Jacksonville public park honoring brothers James Weldon Johnson and J. Rosamond Johnson, two of Jacksonville’s most influential and internationally renowned cultural icons, who wrote the hymn “Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing” in the early 1900s at their home in Jacksonville.

Called the “Black National Anthem” by the NAACP, the Johnson Brothers’ powerful hymn has been sung and performed across generations throughout the past 125 years.

Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing Park was designed by world-renowned MacArthur Foundation “Genius Grant” recipient Walter Hood to incorporate elements of the Johnson brothers’ and LaVilla’s cultural and built history while making space for a more inclusive future.

Jackson Street Dock

The Jackson Street Dock is located Jackson between the Winston Family YMCA and the Haskell Parking Lot and accommodates both recreational boaters and the St. Johns River Taxi.

Home2Suites by Hilton

Home2 Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Downtown opened in the Brooklyn neighborhood in April of 2024. The six-story, 100-room extended-stay hotel offers studio and one-bedroom suites. The hotel is pet-friendly and offers complimentary daily breakfast, free Wi-Fi and multifunctional community space and amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, a self-service laundry room and a Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items. The property has an outdoor patio, fire pit and 650 square feet of private meeting space. Players Grille leased the ground-floor restaurant space and opened in March of 2025.

Forest Street/Alfred duPont Place Improvements

This project included the realignment of the Alfred dupont Place, Forest Street, and Riverside Ave intersection. Aligning the roadway and sidewalks now provides a direct route to Gefen Park and the Northbank Riverwalk. This project also supported the construction of the new FIS headquarters.

Federal Reserve Building Adaptive Reuse

The Federal Reserve Building was constructed in 1923, and is a National Historic Landmark Building. JWB Real Estate Capital has restored the building’s historic facade and the interior to house 7,400 SF of ground level retail and 9,000 SF of high-end event space. Members-only social club The June will open in the Federal Reserve Building in Fall 2025.

Artist Walk Skate Park

Helping provide a critical connection between the Northbank and Southbank Riverwalks, this linear park space under the Fuller Warren Bridge includes a skateable space, multi-use trail connection, parking, paved plaza for market space and artist displays, pedestrian corridors, landscaping and other park amenities. The space will support the Riverside Arts Market, which has been open along the banks of the St. Johns River on Riverside Avenue since 2009 and will provide a much-needed public space connecting historic Riverside and Downtown’s Brooklyn neighborhood.

Artea at Southbank

Now leasing: Corner Lot Development Group’s four-story, transit oriented, multi-family property with 340 apartments and 425 parking spaces adjacent to the Skyway system. The development will include three interior courtyard amenities, pool, and community rooftop deck. Approximately 7,100 square feet of leasing/amenity space is proposed for use to host pop-up restaurants, smaller farmers markets, social events for residents and guests, and will be the primary space that this facility offers for public events.
